((1890-1972) born in Vancouver 1890. 
Active as player, coach, and official with Richmond lacrosse since 1904. Helped form minor leagues which later made Richmond famous in lacrosse. While reeve of Richmond was instrumental in having five lacrosse boxes built to foster minor lacrosse. 

Championships: player Richmond BC Champions 1927; president Richmond BC Champions 1935. Records: President Richmond Senior Lacrosse 1931-1936; President BCLA 5 years; President Inter-City Lacrosse League 7 years; First Vice President Canadian Lacrosse Association; managed Canadian all-star team to play against USA, year unknown. 

Rudy Grauer was known as Mr. Lacrosse in the Richmond, British Columbia area. He was instrumental in having five outdoor lacrosse boxes built to foster minor lacrosse. He was President of the Richmond Senior team from1931 to 1936 and President of the Inter-City Lacrosse League (I.C.L.L.) for seven years before becoming an executive officer with the Canadian Lacrosse Association. 

He was also a player with the Richmond club, B.C. champions in 1927.
