(1884–1966) David was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, and immigrated to Canada at an early age. He played goal for Vancouver, British Columbia, and was a standout during that time. A very agile goalie, he was excellent at throwing the long pass. He maintained an interest in the game long after he retired.
