Pat O’Toole (Paddy) was on two Founders Cup championship teams (1980 and 1982) before playing 18 seasons of OLA Major Series lacrosse. In this span he was on 4 Mann Cup championship teams. Pat also played 2 seasons in the WLA and 16 seasons in the National Lacrosse League. Pat was a major contributor to the success of the Rochester Knighthawks (2007) and Buffalo Bandits (1998) NLL Championship wins. Pat was known as a clutch goaltender coming up with big wins when the game was on the line. Not only highly respected by both teammates and opposition players, but he was also a fan favourite over the course of his lengthy career of 5 years Junior B play, 13 years in Senior A, and 16 years of NLL competition.
