Walt Lee, during his long and illustrious career as a goalie, faced 6,655 lacrosse balls fired at him.He stopped 4,'00 of them for an average of 70 per cent. In the twenty-six years he played, he appeared in six Mann Cups, winning three times. In 1951 he won the Maitland Trophy as the western league's Most Valuable Player.In 19'5 he was a member of the British Columbia All-Stars World Cup championship team and went to the World's Fair with the All-Stars in 19'9.
