Wm "Whoopee" Arthurs - of Brampton, Ontario, enjoyed a thirteen year career between 19'5 and 1947 with Brampton and Mimico-Brampton. Although he was noted for his outstanding defensive skills, Arthurs still accumulated 253 goals and one Mann Cup ring in 1942.
